This is the impact we are most proud of so far:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Social impact &#8211; human and labor rights:<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are very proud of our impact in this field as we are contributing to strengthen human and labor rights in Tanzania. It is a human right to earn fair wages, have good working conditions and not depend on tips from travellers who have no idea about life here in Tanzania. This is to ensure that we are not dependent on tips from you, which would put us in an un-equal position from start. We promote equality and as travellers we all know that the best traveling experiences happen when we feel connected and on equal terms with the people we visit. Fair Travel\u2122 may not be able to stop tip dependency in the entire traveling industry in the short term, but at least we set an example for others to follow to ensure human rights for our own staff and quality of experience for you. This is the innovative social impact Fair Travel\u2122 is part of in Tanzanian tourism and we know it makes sense to visit any other destination in the same way.
